Privacy Policy

This explains what I collect when you visit this site or join the membership, and what I do with it. The controller is Víctor García, Spain, reachable at info@coachvictorgarcia.es.

What I collect

If you just visit: your approximate location, device and browser, the pages you open, and how you arrived. Collected through the Meta (Facebook) pixel and standard server logs.
If you email me: your email address and whatever you write.
If you join: your name, email and membership status. Your payment details go to Skool and its payment processor — I never see or store your card details.

Advertising and the Meta pixel

This site uses the Meta pixel. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit — including pages viewed and clicks on the join button — so that advertising can be measured and so you may be shown ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta processes that data under its own policies.

You can opt out through your Meta ad settings, your browser’s cookie controls, or a tracking blocker. The site works normally either way.

Why I use it

To run the membership and answer you — because we have a contract, or are about to.
To measure and improve advertising — on the basis of legitimate interest and, where required, your consent.
To meet accounting and tax obligations — because the law requires it.

Who else sees it

Only the services needed to run this: Skool (membership, payments), Netlify (hosting), Meta (advertising measurement), and my email provider. Each handles data under its own terms. Some are outside the EU, in which case transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

I do not sell your data, and I don’t share it with clubs, camps, agents or anyone else.

How long I keep it

Membership records for as long as you are a member and then as long as tax law requires. Emails while they are useful for answering you. Advertising data for the retention period Meta applies.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, object to how I use it, or ask me to restrict it. Email me and I’ll deal with it within a month. If you think I’ve got it wrong you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) or the equivalent where you live.

Children

This membership is for parents. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and I don’t knowingly collect data from children. When you describe your child to me, please share only what is needed — and never health information you wouldn’t want recorded.

Changes

If this changes I’ll post the new version here with a new date.
